5000 Taschereau Boulevard (Complexe 5 Mille)

Complexe 5 Mille was acquired in 2006 and is located at East of Highway 10 on the south shore of the greater municipality of Montreal in the newly demerged City of Brossard and Greenfield Park Borough in the Province of Quebec. The mall is anchored by grocery conglomerate Metro Inc., Michaels, Mexx and Energie Cardio fitness centre and a new SAQ (Government operated liquor store). The rentable area of the property will be approximately 270,000 square feet after re-development.

Well located on Taschereau Boulevard in close proximity to Highway 10, the Centre is located in a high traffic street surrounded by strong middle income demographics.

Terracap has demolished the interior mall and a re-merchandising plan of the entire centre into a destination convenience community shopping centre anchored by a well performing national grocery store is underway.
